Property Description

The subject property is a non-operational multifamily project that was originally constructed as a hospital facility in 1915. The property includes two primary structures comprising approximately 28,055 square feet. The site is at the terminus of Hillcrest Drive and contains about 2.34 acres and is zoned R3 to permit multifamily uses. The predominant surrounding land uses are residential, light commercial and medical. Copper Queen Community Hospital is 800’ to the south on Bisbee Road.

Take 1-10 E from Tucson, 43 mi to Exit 303 AZ-80, 52 mi at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit onto Bisbee Rd, 0.7 mi turn left onto 4th St, 0.1 turn onto Hillcrest Drive follow to the end.
