  4. CMS Parent Education Night: Roots & Wings -- Birth to 5 Social & Emotional Development

    November 28, 2018, 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM @ Community Montessori School of Bisbee

This month's Parent Education Night topic is "Roots and Wings: Birth to 5 Mental Health" with Christina Riddle of Parents as Teachers. Learn about your role in creating the foundation for your child’s social-emotional development and the impact it has on mental health and overall well-being throughout life. Rhegan Derfus from the U of A Cooperative Extension will also give information about Breastfeeding. Join us at the Community Montessori School of Bisbee (1900 S. Naco Hwy) on Wednesday, November 28th from 5:30 to 7 pm. Bring questions you might have and invite a friend! All parents, guardians, teachers and caregivers who work with little ones are invited to attend. We wish to share tools and resources with the community in a non-judgemental setting. These classes are FREE and CHILDCARE is PROVIDED. Sponsored by Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona, we offer these parenting classes once a month. Be on the lookout for more exciting topics in the Spring!
