Join Arizona Author Carlos Valenzuela for a ZOOM book talk on his recent award-winning novel, Letters to Young Carlos : A Young Boy’s Struggle to Become in a 1960’s Border Town. Carlos Valenzuela grew up the fourth son of a cattle ranching family in Aqua Prieta, Sonora, across the border from Douglas, AZ. Carlos is a bilingual raconteur, blogger, success coach, and author of the award-winning novella Letters to Young Carlos. He earned a master's in international management and was a spokesperson for global beauty brands worldwide. Carlos was recently selected to the Honor41 list of influential Latinx role models for 2021.
