Summer Fun Program 2026
Welcome to the Copper Queen Library’s Summer FUN Program, Unearth A Story! The CQL will be hosting programs in June and July and giving away a book a week to every participant. Themed around dinosaurs, paleontology, and archaeology and focusing on discovery, exploration, and history, this year's program will celebrate stories in all its forms, creating a colorful tapestry of experience for everyone! Open to children between the ages of 0—18 the CQL's Summer FUN Program will kick off with an outdoor Foam Party on the back patio of the CQ Library Annex on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 12:30 - 2:30 PM.
Programs will be held on Wednesdays, from June 10—July 15, 2026 from 12:30—2:30 PM at the CQ Library Annex, which is located in the BUSD Administration Building at 519 W. Melody Lane in the San Jose Neighborhood of Bisbee. This summer’s program will culminate with a end-of-summer pool party at the City of Bisbee Swimming Pool on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Families are responsible for arranging transportation to attend this end of summer extravaganza.
Because supplies are limited, registrations will be prioritized to local Bisbee, Naco, and surrounding unincorporated areas being served by the Copper Queen Library. Please register early, as space is limited.
