Abatement of Regulated Building Material (RMB) 

Former "Bisbee Gourmet Foods" 

30 Main Street, Bisbee, AZ 85603

The City of Bisbee is seeking proposals to remove regulated building material including but, not limited to asbestos containing material and lead-based paint from 30 Main Street, Bisbee, AZ. The asbestos to be removed from the two-story commercial building.

Schedule of Events: 

• Voluntary/Mandatory Field-Meeting: October 14, 2026 11:00am (MST) Attendance is voluntary for firms that have previously visited and inspected the project site. Attendance is mandatory for firms that have not previously visited the site. Firms submitting proposals acknowledge they are fully familiar with site conditions regardless of attendance. 

• Submittal Due Date: November 3, 2026 at 3:00pm (MST) 

• Submittal Location: City Clerk, City of Bisbee 118 Arizona Street Bisbee, AZ 85603

Submission of the Proposal:

• Three Copies of the Sealed techincal proposals and three copies of the price/cost proposals must be in the actual possession of the City Clerk on or prior to the exact time and date indicated in the Schedule of Events. Late Proposals will not be considered. The techincal proposals and price/cost proposals must be in separate sealed envelopes. 

• Sealed proposales must include all items listed in the Submission of the Proposal section of this RFP. 

• Proposals shall be submitted in writing, by a paper document that is printed, typed or in ink. Proposals submitted directly to the city by electronic means, by facsimile, electronic mail, or otherwise SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Any substitute for any document forms provided with this Request for Proposals must be legible and must contain the same information requested by any such form.
